Lesotho Youth Summit: Embracing Inclusivity and Volunteerism

At Lesotho Youth Summit, we prioritize inclusivity and participation in our efforts to empower the young people of Lesotho. Our mission is rooted in the spirit of charity, where we collaborate with individuals aged 18 to 35 who understand the significance of our cause. They generously contribute their time, skills, and resources without any expectation of reward.

We take pride in creating an environment that welcomes everyone, regardless of their sexuality or gender. In our volunteer program, patriotism and the exchange of knowledge take center stage. We are honored to collaborate with volunteers from various backgrounds, including higher learning institutions, faith-based groups, and Youth Civil Society Organizations, among others.

Volunteers play a pivotal role in setting a positive tone and creating a vibrant atmosphere at our events. With warm smiles and enthusiasm, they are the welcoming faces that greet delegates, provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure the needs of our participants are met from the event's beginning to end.

Here’s a polished and updated version of your information reflecting the new payment structure while keeping it formal and clear:
The Lesotho Youth Summit is designed by the youth of Lesotho, for the youth of Lesotho, and ideally stands as a no-cost event. However, the summit will only be free if sponsorship fully covers all logistical costs required to organize it. At present, to ensure sustainability and the continued success of our events even when sponsorship is limited, entrance fees have been introduced as follows: Early Bird – 100 Maloti, General – 150 Maloti, and VIP & International – 200 Maloti.
Our dedicated volunteers continue to seek sponsorship from local and international organizations and businesses to support the planning, logistics, and execution of the summit. These partnerships are crucial for maintaining the summit’s quality, accessibility, and impact for all participants, while enabling the event to operate independently of sponsorship shortfalls.
If you want, I can also make a shorter, more youth-friendly version that’s easier to read on posters or social media. Do you want me to do that?

The first edition of the Lesotho Youth Summit was held from 5–7 October 2023 in Maseru, followed by the second edition from 7–9 October 2024 in Mafeteng, Lesotho. The third edition was hosted in Mohale’s Hoek, marking another successful milestone in this growing national movement.
The fourth edition of the Lesotho Youth Summit is scheduled to take place in Leribe from 7–9 October 2026.
Further details regarding the summit program, venue, and registration process will be officially announced and shared through our communication channels.
The Lesotho Youth Summit continues to stand as a transformative national initiative committed to building a better today and a brighter future for the youth of Lesotho.
